Emergency Management

Definition: Emergency management are the measures taken by Lincoln County to reduce vulnerability to hazards and to cope with disasters.

Vision: Emergency management seeks to promote safer, less vulnerable communities with the capacity to cope with and recover from hazards and disasters. 

Mission: Lincoln County Emergency Management protects its communities by coordinating and integrating activities to build, sustain, and improve the capability to prevent, protect, mitigation, respond, and recover from disasters.
